Job Title: Finance Manager
Pay Rate: £500 a day
Hours 36 Hours a week (Monday-Friday 09:00 - 17:00) Hybrid
Duration: 12 months.
Purpose of the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the core financial management processes within Housing Regeneration including: Budget Setting; Budget Monitoring; Year End financial accounts, including the report writing and report writing to internal and external stakeholders.
In addition the post holder will be responsible for team management of junior staff, acting as a role model for the team, leading the way in producing high quality work.
Financial regeneration experience essential.
