Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting a fast-paced international brand in the recruitment of a Finance Process Specialist to support their Global finance team and join their vibrant team.

We’re seeking a Qualified Finance professional who offers some experience of process improvement / transformation ideally gained within a large business and who is seeking to develop their project management and process improvement skills in a busy, team focused role.

This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing end-to-end Finance Processes and will manage a variety of both small and large process improvement projects as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identify and resolve outstanding process and system pain points and bottlenecks.
• Anticipate both external and internal process factors, ensuring the business appropriately mitigates risks and maximises improvement opportunities in a timely manner.
• Prepare process change proposals for impact assessment and submission to the appropriate decision-making forums, for process and/or system fixes and improvement change requests.
• Document the functional aspects of new process solutions, engaging key stakeholders through presentations and discussions to ensure that the design aligns with their requirements.
• Collaborate with technical "build" partners to hand over design documentation and review the configuration of the functional aspects of the solution, including data and workflows.
• Ensure the integrity of master and transactional data is appropriate for processes to operate effectively and efficiently.
• Communicate process changes effectively and ensure adoption throughout the organisation.
• Support the business during deployment and hypercare by addressing issues and providing guidance and support to change champions and end-users.

About You:

• You will be fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA with and ideally experience of working for a global / multi entity business.
• Experience of developing and delivering process and system training in Finance is preferred as is some process design / testing / deployment experience.
• Analytical decision-making with a focus on value creation is important, as is confidence in your ability to learn new systems and get up to speed quickly;

• Candidates should have a high level of diligence, without losing sight of the overall outcome;
• We’re seeking an adaptable and initiative-taking individual with a record of delivering results under pressure with tight deadlines;
• Good presentation skills are key and individuals need to be Finance Technology / Systems savvy including extensive use of Microsoft Excel.
