Finance Projects Manager – South Leicester – to £65,000 + car
Opportunities like these don’t come along very often.  A high-profile UK-wide company based in South Leicester are looking for an experienced Accountant with a passion for process improvement.  The role is based in the Group Finance team and will report directly into the SLT with a view to succession planning. 
The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified with a practice background looking to make their mark in Industry or has some industry experience aleady.
 As the Finance Projects Manager, you will be responsible for ….

• Driving process improvement across all finance functions while supporting central and divisional teams in one-off projects.
• You will investigate, develop, and roll out an effective Digital Month End File solution, improving financial and management forecasting across the Group
• You will work with the current contractual sponsors on contract tendering to ensure the business is effective in its procurement strategy.
• You will develop and implement strategies for cost savings and efficiency improvements
• You will assist in the operational and financial changes in acquisitions
• Act as Finance Business Partner to stakeholders across the business

Who is the client looking for….

• You must be qualified ACA or ACCA with at least 2 -3 years PQE
• You must be proactive with an improvement mindset
• Good relationship building and communication skills
• Have the desire to deliver the strongest outcomes for the business
• Be able to travel to various sites when required
