Start: As soon as possible The University of St Andrews is nearing the end of a major project to transform the way that it provides financial services. As part of this programme, it is implementing a new Finance System, Oracle Fusion and this has resulted in a new opportunity to join the University in a newly created role to support the Finance team with the successful integration and optimisation of this advanced Finance System. The role holder will proactively drive the evolution and efficiency of financial systems, leveraging technological advancements to optimise processes and empower data-driven decision-making, thereby fortifying the department's ability to deliver seamless financial services in alignment with the University's strategic goals. You will be required to liaise closely with all sections within the Finance department and both academic and non-academic staff throughout the University. Experience of large complex organisations, particularly the broad scope of a Finance function, is essential. The right candidate will be CCAB qualified with substantial experience of working within a busy Finance team in a large compex organisation. *Appointment at grade 6 (salary £37,099-£44,263) will be considered for candidates with less experience/part qualified with the job description to be adapted accordingly.
