Description

• Head the Finance Systems, ensuring their optimal performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to understand their needs and align the Finance Systems accordingly.
• Maintain and upgrade Finance Systems as necessary to meet changing demands.
• Provide training and support to staff on Finance System use.
• Manage system-related projects within the department.
• Develop and implement system-related policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify and address any issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and organisational policies.

Profile

A successful 'Finance System Manager' should have:

• A strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Profound knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Offer

• A competitive salary of £65,000 to £70,000 per annum.
• Generous pension contribution of 15%.
