Finance Transformation Lead / Situated in the Northwest / £600 - £750 per day / Outside IR35 / 6 - 9 months / Home based with frequent travel to Liverpool, Manchester and another site UK based site.
As the Finance Transformation Lead, you will play a key role supporting the leadership team working on transformation projects within Finance to deliver our clients' agenda to standardise across the company.
This includes a new set of policies, processes, and technology to drive standardisation and consolidation of various financial elements and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Working with technical teams to ensure the technical solution is built as per the design and meets the requirements of the Finance team for new ERP rollout
- Consolidation of bank accounts and loans
- Consolidation of auditors within the group
- Working on internal process improvement projects for acquisitions
- Delivery of a finance project, meeting all requirements and deliverables
- Reporting on project status
- Maintain project governance artefacts plans, risks, issues, dependency trackers
- Working with Finance teams to resolve issues, understand, and mitigate risks
- Influence stakeholders, suppliers, and staff
- Mapping and documenting Finance processes
- Providing support and expertise with Finance service design, operating models, and capability
- Senior Finance change agent with experience delivering regulatory, process or systems change projects
- Finance or Accounting qualification
- Experience in working with teams across business units and regions
- Project management methodology a plus
- Quantitative analysis skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder manager skills
