We are seeking a Financial Administrator to join our team in Macclesfield. This role is ideal for someone with financial administration experience, preferably within a Wealth Management or Wealth Planning environment
As a Financial Administrator, you will be a key point of contact for advisors and clients, requiring flexibility and adaptability to handle various queries and challenges. Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for advisors and/or clients, handling a range of queries and challenges
• Provide professional and proactive support to both clients and financial advisors
• Demonstrate a passion for enquiry resolution and client satisfaction
• Work within a team environment to ensure seamless financial administration services
• Contribute to the smooth running of the office by performing various administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience in financial administration, ideally within a Wealth Management or Wealth Planning environment (1 year +)
• Professional and proactive approach to work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different situations
• Passion for providing high-quality support and resolving enquiries
