My client is a Chartered wealth planning practice based in Colchester who have been offering financial advice to their private clients for over 25 years are looking for a Financial Administrator. They have an excellent reputation providing the highest levels of financial advice to High-Net-Worth private clients who are a mixture of business professionals, retirees, accumulators, and families. They offer advice on pensions, investments, tax planning, IHT planning, protections, and more complex advice such as VCT & EIS.
Due to a growing number of new enquiries coming into their inboxes through referrals and recommendations an array of brand-new vacancies have been created by the Managing Director for an experienced Financial Administrator with previous experience of working within an IFA or Wealth Management practice. Ideally applicants will also have some experience of using Intelligent Office software (although this is not essential), with 2 years’ experience under their belt,
Working in a team of Financial Administrators you will be working in a supporting role to a team of paraplanners and Financial Administrators and be allocated cases to work on based upon your experience levels. You may even be allocated a specific adviser to support allowing you to build a solid working relationship. You will take ownership in managing the production of documentation, reports, and correspondence for clients, interacting with external service providers to ensure that the business’ clients’ needs and wants are met.
Salary up to £27k (based on experience) + bonus.
Full study support towards diploma in Financial Planning (should you wish to pursue this line of education)
