Our financial service client has a team of desk based Financial Advisers who manage client relationships of over 5000 clients. The Department fast paced and handles high volumes of client interactions, with this role handling day to day servicing requests alongside clients annual reviews. This full time Sales Support role is 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday, based in the Nottingham office. However, after an initial training period a hybrid model of working is implemented with you predominantly working from home for the larger part of the week.
Key Responsibilities for this role:
- Support the Advisers with all areas of the business to ensure the client journey is as seamless as possible
- To fill the adviser team diaries with reviews or enquiries to maximise income for the department.
- Work on a variety of projects.
- To work with the advisers and back office ensuring work is processed as quickly and compliantly
- Facilitate service issue challenges and complaints through to resolutions when all else has failed, managing both client and adviser expectations.
- Identifying and supporting potential new business opportunities by engaging with Advisers and back office colleagues as appropriate
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience of working in a customer facing role is essential
- Experience of working within Financial Services is desirable, where you will have developed a commercial mindset
- Relevant professional qualification (R01 or equivalent is ideal), or demonstrates a willingness to work towards this
