Are you an experienced financial advice professional with a passion for financial planning. Do you have a proven track record of maintaining profitable client books and fostering strong relationships with fellow professionals? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to take over and establish book of client, to developed and grown. You will need the ability to identify and address client needs, forging meaningful client and colleague relationship, with the ability to lead and manage workloads independently. The role has come about due to the retirement of an experienced advisor. The client bank has very complex needs, so our client wants to pass this AUM to a seasoned, experience advisor who has managed a large value client bank before.
Responsibilities:
* Able to write complex business cases in a timely and efficient manner.
* Complete and update client files on the occasion of each client contact and in line with company process.
* Follow all companies internal processes to include but not limited to compliance/support/service schedule and charges/ CIP & CRP.
* Maintain knowledge and competence in the firm's internal procedures as highlighted in the T&C plan.
* Build the required relationships with internal (group) and external businesses to propel opportunities.
* Ensure clients are receiving the most current advice by using our CIP / CRP and moving existing clients over where appropriate.
* All client reviews conducted in a timely manner (12 month rolling window) to a standard in line with company policies.
* Support admin teams and Support Managers by providing notice before work is due and follow the correct process/ information provision.
An ideal candidates will be an experienced advisor, preferably chartered, with a proven track record of managing a high value client bank.
