Financial Advisor - Employed - Client Bank Provided

We are working with a reputable and well-established Independent Financial Planning firm, and they are looking for an Employed Financial Advisor to join the business.

The role would be ideal for an experienced Financial Advisor with CAS Status who is looking for a role in which clients will be provided and have the support from an administration team.

Given the client base on offer, this is a fantastic opportunity for a good advisor to maximise their skills in a supportive firm. This role would suit someone who is technically minded and who has a natural ability to develop relationships with clients to provide a holistic, tailored advice service.

Key duties and responsibilities will include;

• Working with locally based clients and provided with a an existing Client Bank of c100 clients
• Client bank is a mixture of clients in terms of assets under management and including some HNW individuals
• For high performers, extra clients will be allocated and will ensure increased earnings
• Mixture of remote and face to face office-based meetings
• Input into business operations and processes, plus scope to progress within the firm
• Complete reports and reviews, with full system assistance and templates provided
• Full support from the administration team, including paraplanning and FS admin support
• Responsible for diary management, with expectation of 2-3 days based in the office
• Full training and support will be given for the role

For this role candidates will need to have proven experience at this level (minimum 2 years), be Level 4 Diploma Qualified with Competent Adviser Status (CAS).

Candidates will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, be technically minded and be able to develop relationships with clients to provide a holistic, tailored advice service.
