Connect2Kent is currently seeking 2 Financial Assessment and Benefits Officers to join a temporary on-going assignment for Kent County Councils Client Financial Services Team.

- 37 hours per week
- Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00
Job Purpose
Financial Assessment and Income Unit complete Financial Assessments in accordance with the Council's charging policies and national legislation for people supported by Adult Social Care and Health. These people are receiving chargeable care and support services. Our team provide financial information and advice to external and internal customers.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge
- Level 3 Business Administration.
- Experience in a customer facing or financial role.
- Ability to sensitively manage difficult conversations.
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex data and provide accurate advice to customers depending on individual circumstances.
