Purpose of role:
A Global Business Advisory firm are seeking a Financial Claims Analyst with great knowledge of Excel to work on a case in their Restructuring & Insolvency department. You will be working for Managers, and tasked with analysing insolvency case reports and liaising with creditors and key stakeholders. The firm are looking for hard-working, ambitious administrators or analysts from Financial Services to join the team. This is a 1 Year FTC, with scope to become full-time.
Key responsibilities:
- Liasion with creditors and key stakeholders via telephone and meetings
- Analysis of case reports
- Interpreting financial reports on Excel
- Administration for a specific insolvency case, ensuring all statutory, regulatory and internal procedures are met
- Provide regular progress reports to the manager
- Identify and discuss with manager issues/problems and agree and complete appropriate actions
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Drafting/preparation of documents required for statutory processes
- Maintenance of case checklists, reporting and compliance diary, and electronic case records
- Analytical review of information to facilitate case strategy

Education/Qualifications:
- Must have experience in administration or analytics for Financial Services/Banking
- Drive to succeed in Financial Services
- Knowledge of Insolvency would be desireable
- A numerical-orientated mindset
