Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial aspects related to contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Utilise Sage for efficient financial management.
• Transition towards a paperless system for enhanced operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls for contract-related financial activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller, with a focus on contracts.
• Expertise in using Sage for financial management.
• Familiarity with paperless systems is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive teamwork mentality, committed to effective communication and shared goals.
• UK-based with specific finance experience in the UK.
• Desirable: Experience in the property development sector.
