Client Details

A London based Children's Charity are searching for an Interim Financial Controller to join their finance team, with the potential to go permanent. You will be reporting into an impressive Head of Finance.

Description

• Overseeing all financial and accounting functions including budgeting, asset management, and payroll.
• Providing financial advice and guidance to the company's managers and staff to enable them to achieve their objectives.
• Implementing and maintaining financial control procedures.
• Managing and improving financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
• Developing plans for financial growth and profitability of the organisation.
• Evaluating and managing risk.
• Coordinating audit processes.

Profile

A successful candidate will:

• Be fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
• Have excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
• Have a strong understanding of internal controls
• Have High-level communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Come from a Not for Profit background
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Job Offer
