Responsibilities:
- Finalise monthly accounting processes and generate analytical reports.
- Lead day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Business partner with non-finance stakeholders on a frequent basis.
- Manage stock, supplier payments, tax tasks, and payroll with precision.
- Oversee team collaboration and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with relevant management experience.
- Displays adaptability, organisation, and efficient project management skills.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Excellent communicator, adept at fostering teamwork in diverse settings.
- Thrives under pressure, demonstrates leadership by example, and welcomes constructive feedback.
