Working as part of the Board you will be integral to formulating and driving the future growth strategy and maximizing profitability.
We are looking for a natural leader who has operated at a senior level within a regulated professional services business.
The role will include;
Ensuring robust financial controls are in place.Assessing new business opportunities including due diligence and integration of potential acquisitions.Developing KPIs and MI to allow each department to maximise profitability.Cash flow management including assessing the availability and viability of debt funding.Be the point of contact for all external advisors including the company auditors.Management and leadership of the finance team.This is an excellent career opportunity with a regional market leader.
