SalaryOur client is based in a rural location on the outskirts of Northallerton, they have multiple operations in leisure, retail, farming and property. From a start up operation they now employ over 30 employees and due to continued growth and ambitious future plans they are looking to appoint a Financial Director.
Reporting to the Chief Executive you will oversee the accounts assistant and you will look at existing systems (Xero) and processes and make any improvements necessary, the postholder will provide timely management accounts and management information, working closely with the Directors enabling them to make more informed business decisions. You will be the point of contact for the external accountants. The business is profitable and well funded and requires more qualified financial support, you will be a sounding board for the owners enabling them to maximise commercial opportunities.
