Financial Lines Director

My client, a leading Global Claims Management company, are seeking to hire a Financial Lines Director. In this role the successful candidate will have responsibility for the performance, management and development of the Financial Lines area of the business
The successful candidate will demonstrate a background within Financial Lines as well as a background in the development of new / existing relationships and growth of Financial Lines business.
Key Responsibilities
* Accountable for the delivery of the Financial Lines strategic plans
* Drive growth
* Drive the financial performance and support the delivery of the UK business financial targets
* Ensure up-to-date technical knowledge with employees
* Identify trends, gaps & opportunities, and drive regular reviews of business opportunities
* Personally lead the relationship with identified key clients and ensure all issues are dealt with to the satisfaction of both parties
