Description
Reporting to the Head of Financial Modelling working in a team of 4, you will be contributing to the creation and preparation of financial models and analysis for a range of clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with and building bespoke financial models and detailed analysis on both a regular and ad-hoc basis for the purposes of underwriting, raising debt and equity, and for strategic business planning
- Contribute to the preparation of ongoing periodic and ad-hoc financial models and reporting in relation to internal and external clients used to assess project returns
- Cleansing, collecting, and monitoring data and assumptions used to prepare financial models and analysis.
- Ensuring consistency of processes and that consistent data sources are being used across all the models and analysis being prepared.
- Assisting in the continuous development of first-class Financial Modelling.
- Use analytical tools to prepare Dashboards and Data Visualisations to present outputs to client.
Profile
- Financial modelling experience essential
- Good understanding of the real estate industry - preferable
- Able to work to tight deadlines and within a fast paced environment
