Job Title: Financial Planner
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 + Bonus

A well-respected Financial Planning firm with a good reputation are looking for an experienced Financial Planner to come and join their growing advisory team and develop new clients.
They take pride in their work and place an emphasis on client care and providing a tailored solution. They have a broad offering for clients, providing advice across a range of cases including Pensions, Investments, Protection, IHT, Tax & employee benefits along with some corporate financial planning. They have long standing relationships with a great deal of their clients and have an excellent client-retention rate to go with this.
They have grown consistently over the last few years and are a forward-thinking firm that embrace technology and pride themselves on the technical knowledge that their team provides, along with the high-levels of customer service.
The Role:
This role would suit someone who is technically minded and who has a natural ability to develop relationships with clients to provide a holistic, tailored advice service across a broad range of case types. The focus is around good quality advice and client care over a more sales based approach.
They are looking for a hungry and determined adviser who can generate new leads from their own networks but there are also a strong stream of referrals through various methods which have helped continue to grow the business and take it forward.
There is an experienced admin and paraplanning team for the incoming advisor along with a smooth compliance process from a firm that embrace the use of technology to make the advice process easier.

The Required Skills:
- Level 4 Diploma Qualified as a minimum and ideally a desire to work towards Chartered Status.
- Valid SPS and signed off with Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
- Personable professional who is comfortable dealing with clients both written and verbally.
- Strong level of technical knowledge around pensions, investments and experience of utilising cash-flow modelling reports.
- Excellent relationship building skills and ability to generate new business
