Financial Planning Administrator

Dynamite Recruitment are proud to be partnering with an Independent Financial Planning firm on the recruit for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their team on on a full time or part time basis.

Duties include:

• Dealing with client and provider queries via phone and email
• Distributing Letters of authority
• Fund performance analysis
• Processing ad hoc withdrawals
• Maintenance of client regular income, including cash balances
• Setting up and amendments of regular client contributions
• General administration and servicing
• Production of illustrations for protection and annuities

Requirements:

• 2 years experience working within a similar Financial Planning environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• competent Microsoft package user

This role offers the luxury of hybrid working, part or full time option and the choice of flexi working hours!
With your package you will be enrolled into private medical insurance, pension, hybrid working, flexi start/ finish time. Salary between GBP23,000 - GBP28,000 DOE
