Our client is a leading firm of Independent Financial Advisors specialising in investments. We are currently representing them in their search for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to provide essential administrative support to their Investment Consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration Support:
- Assist in the application process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage and maintain valuations on a monthly basis, updating databases accordingly.
- Client Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information on relevant systems.
- Ensure compliance requirements are met by adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- Client Communication:
- Serve as a crucial link between clients and consultants, keeping both parties informed of investment-related matters.
- Issuing necessary documents to clients promptly, adhering to agreed turnaround times.
- Effective Communication:
- Handle inquiries via telephone, email, and post professionally and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanour.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Essential:
- Previous administration experience within the financial services sector, ideally as an IFA Administrator.
- Proven ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and meet deadlines and targets.
- Professionalism and a high degree of organizational skills.
- Desired:
- A flexible approach and the ability to work effectively under pressure, both within a team and independently.
