FP&A Manager - International EdTech Business based in West London!
(SAAS)
Hybrid working - 2 days in the office
£75,000 - £80,000 (depending on experience) + bonus and benefits
A Private Equity backed EdTech business are looking to appoint a FP&A Manager. The business has seen strong international growth recently and performance has been high.
As the FP&A Manager, you shall have overall responsibility for the planning and execution of the annual budget and the quarterly reforecasting process, including production of materials for review by the senior leadership team. You will also have a degree of commercial responsibility supporting the head of commercial finance in business case preparation for new developments and products.
In order to succeed in this role;
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with approx 3 years pqe
- Strong Excel skills
- Previous ownership of the budgeting, forecasting and P&L process
- Experience using a planning tool such as Adaptive Planning/Anaplan/Cognos etc
- Previous experience working for a SAAS or product focused business desirable
- Clear track record of process improvements and someone who can adapt to a changing environment
- A strong communicator who is comfortable and confident building relationships upwards and downwards
Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to;
- Overall responsibility for the planning and execution of the annual budget
- Owning the newly implemented Planning tool to develop management information and reporting
- Develop, monitor and manage divisional key performance indicators
- Play a key role in supporting the Head of Commercial Finance
- Own the financial management of central costs including software and product development CAPEX
- Be the finance lead in business case preparation for pan-divisional product
