Financial Planning And Analysis Manager - Hybrid 1 Day In The Office

Reed Finance have partnered with a highly reputable and well-established organisation renowned for delivering outstanding service and making a positive impact in the community.  Our client is looking to appoint a proactive Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, this is a hybrid role offering flexible working hours.

Within this role you will lead Financial Planning and Analysis contributing to long term financial strategy and providing financial insight and modelling support to teams across the business.

If you have a passion for driving continuous improvement, proactively reviewing, and optimising existing processes along with excellent analytical and presentation skills then this could be the ideal role for you!

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Devising stress tests, mitigation plans and scenario models to aid decision making.
• Create and implement financial models to support teams across the wider business, using your analytical skills to drive improvements in their service areas.
• Line management responsibilities for the treasury and planning accountant.
• Drive continuous improvement in cashflow forecasting, loan monitoring and compliance, and lender and stakeholder relationship management.
• Prepare insightful financial information to be presented to Boards/Committees and external stakeholders, with a tangible impact on strategic decisions made at Board level.

To be considered for this role you must be a qualified Accountant or have extensive experience working in accountancy & finance.
