They are looking for an outstanding Graduate to join their growing team and play a pivotal role in delivering fantastic services to their valued clients. With a focus on Financial Planning and discretionary investment management, you’ll be an integral part of ensuring that the clients’ assets are managed efficiently and effectively.

The role

We are recruiting for talented graduates to join the 2024 Graduate Trainee Program. You have a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop within an award-winning business, that has a diverse, inclusive, and unique culture full of great people! As part of the program, you will be completing the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning through the CII, which is an integral part of working towards becoming a qualified Financial Planner. The firm will provide you with full support and training, along with an exciting opportunity to experience working within several different departments within the organisation.

Attributes the successful graduate should possess

• An excellent communicator with a positive mindset
• Ability to work alone and well in a team
• Curiosity for solving business problems
• A ‘growth mindset’, i.e. an appetite for testing yourself and using past mistakes as a springboard to keep improving
• A technology native who has applied experience with Microsoft Excel but who is comfortable applying that knowledge to other systems
• Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to multiple deadlines, often autonomously with a strong attention to detail
• The ability to form successful professional relationships both internally and externally
• On track to achieve at least a 2:1 from a leading university.

Location

They are looking for someone to work from either their Whiteley or Farnham office, they offer hybrid working which includes 2 days in the office, with the remainder at home. The firm are incredibly flexible about when and how you work: they don’t want anyone to be prevented from coming to work as a result of the working pattern that they’re looking for. • £28,000 basic salary
