Financial Reporting Manager

Key Responsibilities for the Financial Reporting Manager position:

As the Financial Reporting Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing reporting processes and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Financial Reporting:

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports in compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with finance teams to streamline reporting procedures and enhance efficiency.

Compliance Management:

• Ensure the company's adherence to relevant regulatory frameworks and standards.
• Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.

Audit Coordination:

• Facilitate external audits by working closely with auditors and providing necessary documentation.
• Address audit findings and implement corrective actions as needed.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements within reporting and compliance functions.
• Implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency.

Documentation and Training:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of financial processes and compliance procedures.
• Provide training to internal stakeholders on compliance matters and reporting requirements.

Qualifications and experience required:

• Professional qualification (ACCA or ACA) is required.
• Proven experience in Financial Reporting and compliance roles.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
