A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of Cirencester s most established employers as a Financial Services Administrator on a temporary 3-month basis. A pivotal role within the business, you ll work as part of a team on a vital project, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Offering £12 per hour, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working in a FTSE 100 company in a modern, supportive environment. Hours of work are Monday Friday 09:00am-5.00pm and post training, this role can be performed fully remotely.
As Financial Services Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing and investigating screening alerts, using various internal systems.
- Accurately checking internal records to cross reference sanction check results.
- Escalating confirmed matches to Senior Advisors.
- Working with clear guidance and templates on all areas of operation.
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Previous Administration experience.
- Competent in using Microsoft Excel & Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle fluctuating workloads.
- Keen eye for detail and good analytical skills.
The Role:
As Financial Services Administrator, you ll support the larger Financial Crime function, ensuring screening alerts are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. Using various systems and clear guidance and templates, you ll analyse the internal records and accurately record findings, escalating when necessary.
Plus, as a Niche temporary worker, you will accrue holiday pay, receive weekly pay, and after 12 weeks, benefit from a pay increase and be opted into our pension scheme. Many of our temporary workers have secured long-term contracts or permanent roles with this employer.
