AddressIdex Consulting are working with an IFA Practice to recruit an Client Services Support in Edinburgh.
You will be part of a team providing support to deliver services to clients in a compliant manner and providing support to the Paraplanners and Financial Advisers.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing the client file and relevant paperwork prior to client meetings
- Issue letters of authority
- Liaise with product providers to collate technical pension and investment information
- Record third party communications
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining detailed client files and records
- Responsible for conducting AML checks
- Process new business applications
- Prepare the annual review documents, including the annual review checklist and the Intelligent Office checklist
- Update Intelligent Office and the client's Financial Plan document with new information, contributing to comprehensive and up-to-date records
You will be encouraged to progress and they will support you through your Financial Services diploma.
You must have had IFA experience to be successful in your application.
