My client, a Financial Services company, are recruiting in their Preston based office for a Financial Service Administrator. Reporting into the Office Manager, the successful candidate will be an experienced financial planning assistant, with previous industry knowledge.
Your role will be to work alongside the Office Manager and financial planners; to ensure clients are provided with an excellent, ongoing financial planning experience.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Dealing with client enquiries/correspondence received via telephone, post and emailArranging meetings and booking appointments accordinglyCreating and maintaining the client filing system and internal database accuratelyPreparing portfolio reviewsCreating financial reports on ExcelTyping and formatting documentationSubmitting new businessLiaising with clients and representatives as necessaryRaising invoicesAllocating work to the team with daily duties and tasks, ensuring this has been evenly distributedOverseeing the team during absence of the Office Manager; monitoring breaks, absences, annual leave etc.
