Our client is happy to consider someone on a Full or Part Time basis!
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
" Be a professional, efficient and friendly point of contact for clients, dealing with enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
" Providing pre-and post-client meeting support.
" Preparation of valuation reports and documentation in readiness for client meetings.
" Processing new business for the Financial Planners through to completion, liaising with clients, providers, third parties and colleagues.
" Obtain illustrations and related documentation for financial planning reports.
" Maintaining and updating records and databases with client financial and other data.
" General office duties such taking and directing phone calls, responding to emails, scanning and dealing with incoming and outgoing post
