THE ROLE
For a mid-level Associate to join the Finance and Financial Regulation team in London, focusing on Financial Services Regulation with reference to fintech (particularly in the investment services, asset management, consumer finance and insuretech broking space) and payments.
This firm's FinTech practice is known for being particularly strong in payments, alternative investment platforms (such as equity and debt crowdfunding), consumer finance, open banking and blockchain.
The FinTech space is a rapidly expanding area at present and many FinTech solutions present new and interesting challenges from a regulatory point of view.
THE CANDIDATE
With 2-6pqe and ideally England & Wales qualified with City or equivalent law firm or in house experience, you will be looking to join a market leading team in payments and Fintech and have the hunger and ambition to help build out the team's profile and client work in the investment services and asset management space.
