Who will you be working for?

• An exceptional General Manager for one an award winning Fine Dining restaurants in London – with 3 more opening in the pipeline
• Hands-on approach to management with a great focus on training and development of your team.
• A background in high-volume and top-end restaurants due to the size of the operation
• New company – with 3 sites at the moment and growing

What are we looking for?

• This is a multi-faceted operation which requires precise organisation, knowledge and impeccable customer service skills.
• You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and will be working in very close relationship with the Head Office and support teams to maintain the position of the property on the high-end market
• MUST have opening experience to apply

Responsibilities –

• Managing all teams from Reception, Sales & Marketing, Events, Bars, Private Dining Rooms and restaurant floors.
• Very good financial acumen as you will be managing all P&Ls, budgets and forecasts.
• Health and safety regulations
• Control operations by developing effective policies, creating high standards and working to make adjustments when appropriate
• Oversee and ensure that restaurant policies on employee performance appraisals are followed and completed on a timely basis
