SalaryA Finishing / Snagging foreman needed to join a leading Tier 1 contractor ona large residential scheme featuring 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments in NW London. Please note it is an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee finishing and snagging activities, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Conduct inspections and rectify defects using Fieldview software.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-volume residential developments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-apced environement
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to start immediately / on a short notice
