Finishing Foreman

Minstrell Ltd are currently recruiting for a Finishing Foreman for a commercial office block interior fit out development in Manchester City Centre.

Candidate must hold valid sssts or smsts certification, a valid cscs skills card and ideally have 1st aid certifiction although this is not essential. You MUST have a solid background ideally in all trades, have previous supervisory experience and be able to provide previous work references. 

Working on a 4 floor redevelopment this role will involve acting as a working foreman working closely with the site manager with the responsibilites of :

Ensuring all trades and sub-contractors carry out works to the required standard.

Preparing and working neccessary snag lists alongside trades.

Delegating/managing trades and sub-contractors.

Maintaining and promoting health and safety standards.

Reporting to site manager on health & safety, site logistics, progression of works.

Initially this role is working on a 6 month programme of works but a temp to perm opportunity would possibly be available for the correct candidate.

40 Hours per week over Monday to Friday / Programme of works 6 months / Immediate start available.
