My client are a long established, financially secure main contractor who have forged an excellent reputation for delivering projects of the highest specification within the Prime Residential marketplace.
They are one of the largest privately owned contractors in this prestigious sector, and have a very good working environment, which is personified by their very low staff turnover.
Their projects include both new build and refurbishments of large country houses, rectories and manors in the Home Counties and South East, as well as grand residences in London.
My client are currently seeking a Finishing Manager, due to a period of expansion and a number of recent project wins. The initial project is a Super Prime residence located in Marlborough.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record, as well as a stable career at Foreman/ managerial level, overseeing various high end residential projects with contract values ranging up to £5m+.
You will be joining a highly experienced and well-established team, working on prestigious projects of high value and complexity.
This is a permanent position, and my client are looking for a Finishing Manager to be responsible for the management of the finishing trade sub-contractors, and ensure successful completion of the project on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
