Salary - The salary is competitive and negotiable dependant on experience.
Fire Alarmand Gas Suppression Field Engineer Responsibilities
- To carry out scheduled maintenance visits to include fault finding, commissioning and small works installation of Fire Systems nationwide,
- Take part in a call out rota.
- To comply with BAFE/British Standards when carrying out work.
- Provide a professional service at all times.
- Fully participate with performance improvement programs.
- Complete all call outs issued within timeframe issued.
- Complete all company records for each job in the correct manner
- Analyse drawings of Fire Alarm &/or other related electrical systems for the purpose of maintaining the efficient installation of new or upgraded systems.
- Fault analysis on Fire Alarm systems to determine equipment or repair is diagnosed correctly.
- Inspect electrical / Fire Alarm systems & their components for the purpose of evaluating the condition & identifying any repairs & recommendations.
Requirements
Will have a proven track record in their field, and industry experience gained within the Fire Alarm and suppression industry. FIA training recommended but not essential.
