Fire Alarm Engineer - Pre Planned and Reactive Maintenance - Permanent

One of the UK's leading multi-disciplined Facilities Management providers are currently looking for a Fire Alarm Engineer with experience of PPM and Reactive Maintenance to carry out work in and around Sheffield, Leeds and North West area.

This established company undertakes contracts within various commercial sectors including retail, restaurants, cafés, and leisure.

As the Fire Alarm Engineer, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Be technically confident and familiar with all types of conventional and addressable Fire Alarm systems.
• Understanding of the BS5839 regulations.
• Previous experience of a similar role working for a maintenance/FM contractor
• Experience of working in the commercial environment, dealing with clients and public face to face.
• Provide excellent customer service to building occupants, ensuring they are made aware of work order progress in a timely manner.
• Experience of small works including replacing lights and fittings.
• Ability to work unsupervised and independently.
• Multi-skilled experience is advantageous.
• Preferably an electrical or fire systems qualification
• Full Driving Licence is essential.
