Fire Alarm Engineer (Maintenance)

Job Title: Maintenance Fire Alarm Engineer

Location: South East London (Mobile, various sites across London)

Salary: £38,000 - £43,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Maintenance Fire Alarm Engineer with a knack for electrical systems? Do you thrive in a mobile role, visiting different sites across London? If so, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Fire Alarm testing, fault finding, and repairs.
• Perform AOV (Automatic Opening Vent) testing, fault finding, and repairs.
• Execute minor electrical works, including replacing light fittings if required.
• Carry out general Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) works, stepping in to cover other engineers if necessary.
• Be available for in-hours call-outs as required.

Requirements:

• Electrical experience is essential.
• Familiarity with Fire Alarm systems such as Ampac, Advanced, GENT, Novenco, SE Controls, and FDS is highly beneficial.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair Fire Alarm and AOV systems effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude towards work.
