Project Manager - Fire Detection/ Fire Alarm Projects - Surrey/ London

£55000 + c. £5000 in bonus + BUPA, Hybrid Car, Interesting Projects

You would have experience delivering projects for a Fire Detection Installer (NACOSS FIRE, BAFE, FIA, NSI, GENT, Open Protocol, etc) Fire Alarm project Management as you would need to know the BS5839 standards to ensure refits and Fire Alarm and life safety installations of addressable systems are correct).

Job description - for Fire Alarm Project Manager - SW South East and London

The skills needed to succeed in this role would come from managing and estimating/ controlling costs on Fire Alarm projects where you liaise with the client, use your financial skills and good customer skills to deliver profits on time.

The projects are currently in Berkshire, Hampshire and London, so being based in Sussex, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire would be ideal for you to live.

- Role for/ if you are a Fire Alarm Project Manager/ Fire Detection Project Manager

The role will require you, the Fire Project Manager, to get involved in a range of projects and these may range from straightforward Fire Alarm upgrade works to New installation packages. Any design experience would be great to help others and solve problems and know the BS 5839 standards for UK Fire Alarm installs.

- Requirements to be right for the Project Manager's role (Fire Alarm or Fire and Security)

• Have great technical knowledge of standards of Fire Alarms so can advise and consult or do variations with clients
• Be comfortable with client meetings
• Already been Project Manager within UK Fire Detection and Fire Alarms or Fire and Security
• Be Projects in London, Sussex, Kent, Surrey, Berkshire, etc
