Working Hours:  8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary:  Depending on experience for the right candidate.

Job Profile: To train to service and rectify faults on a variety of Fire Alarm systems, disabled refuge systems and emergency lighting systems.  To help enhance and further develop our service business and work in a professional manner both as an individual and within our team.

Job Description:  Typical daily duties include the following:

• Routine and annual servicing of systems.
• Responding to emergency breakdowns.
• Liaising with Customers and Staff (Internally and externally).
• General Administrative Duties.
• Communication professionally and confidently through written and oral communication.
• Proficient use of IT to record and update Company records.
• Interpret data ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ensure that workload is planned and prioritized in accordance with Company business needs.
• Always present a smart and professional appearance to customers and suppliers.
• Deliver flexibility in terms of working hours to meet the demands of the business.
