Key Responsibilities:
- To provide total operational control, for the Fire and Security service division
- To build and maintain customer relations with the clients
- Line Management of clients and service engineers
- To Manage and maintain an excellent service provision within their region to all stakeholders and clients
Qualifications & Person Specification:
- To be responsible and ensure that all customers are both external and internal receive a high level of customer service
- Control of maintenance and repair service to all clients
- Manage all service field staff within the team & control and allocation of work
- Ensure that regular progress meetings & tool box talks are held regularly
- Ensure that all areas of compliance with statutory legal requirements in relation to fire, health & safety, environmental adhered to
- Review outstanding works daily and prioritising where required
- Ensure that response/repair and maintenance schedules targets are met in accordance with SLA’s/KPI’s
- Providing support to the Operations Director
- Carry out other relevant ad hoc duties
Essential
- Relevant managerial experience within a Fire and Security team
- Experience in working with senior management & supply chain management
- Strong customer service skills
- Health, Safety and Environment management
- Strong customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
