A well-established Fire and Security company has a key requirement for a Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a progressive role where the candidate should be aspiring to move onto the next steps of their career. Being a family ran business they really care about their staff and will help to support anyone working for them through their career. This role is based in Kent and the surrounding.
As a successful Fire and Security Project Manager, you will be:

• Fire and Security Project Manager will be able to manage and deliver private residential and commercial projects as directed to specification, on time and within budget
• Fire and Security Project Manager will be able to manage all technical aspects of the project following health and safety compliance
• Fire and Security Project Manager will be able to manage all aspects of installation work including smoke, ventilation and fire alarm systems
• Fire and Security Project Manager will able to manage all financially related issues including procurement, invoicing and assist in debt collection as required
• Fire and Security Project Manager will be able to carry out a final review post commissioning to ensure compliance and design constraints and sign off accordingly
• Fire and Security Project Manager will be working on various projects collectively valuing up to £4 million
• Fire and Security Project Manager will be paid up to £55k- £65k (Dependant on Experience) + 23 days holiday + Car allowance + Private healthcare + Income protection + Death in service + Electric car charging at office

The Successful Fire and Security Project Manager:

• Fire and Security Project Manager will have a valid CSCS Card or equivalent
• Fire and Security Project Manager must be up to date on British standard fire regulations
• Fire and Security Project Manager have a valid SMSTS qualification
• Fire and Security Project Manager have a strong background within the fire industry
• Fire and Security Project Manager will be within a commutable distance to Kent

Fire and Security Project Manager will be paid up to £55k- £65k (Dependant on Experience) + 23 days holiday + Car allowance + Private healthcare + Income protection + Death in service + Electric car charging at office
