I am working with a Housing association in Greater Manchester who have an exciting opportunity for a Fire and Asset Safety Manager. In this role, you will manage a team of technically qualified contractors, ensuring continuous adherence to legislative requirements. Your expertise will include Fire Safety, Mechanical and Electrical systems, and more, fostering a culture of best practices and customer-focused service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage contractors to ensure compliance and achievement of property management KPIs.
- Oversee a compliance coordinator to meet legal requirements and performance indicators.
- Support the Strategic Lead in budgeting, forecasting, and financial control.
- Maintain and update compliance databases, ensuring information is accessible for internal and external stakeholders.
- Innovate and develop strategies to ensure flexible, customer-focused property services.
Experience Required:
- Knowledge of the new building Safety regime
- Prior experience working in a residential building safety role
- Experience of managing subcontractors
