Fire Door Surveyor / Inspector

We are currently seeking a qualified Fire Door Surveyor / Inspector with FDIS/ FIRAS certification to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections and surveys of Fire Doors in various buildings to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys and inspections of Fire Doors in accordance with FDIS/ FIRAS guidelines
• Identify any deficiencies or non-compliance issues with Fire Doors and provide recommendations for remediation
• Prepare detailed reports documenting survey findings and recommendations
• Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of surveys and inspections
• Stay up-to-date on fire safety regulations and standards to ensure compliance with current requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• FDIS/ FIRAS qualifications are required
• Previous experience conducting Fire Door surveys and inspections, preferably in healthcare facilities
• Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and access to own transportation
