We are looking for aFire Risk Assessor to join the Health and Safety team. As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for carrying out Fire Risk assessments on all residential and office premises managed by Together Housing Group. You will ensure that all premises meet the required safety standards and regulations, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.

- Carry out Fire Risk assessments on all residential managed by Together Housing Group.
- Ensure premises meet the required safety standards and regulations.
- Identify and report any issues or areas for improvement to the Health and Safety Manager.
- Make recommendations for necessary improvements and follow up on their implementation.
- Provide advice and guidance on fire safety matters to colleagues and residents.
- Keep up to date with changes in fire safety legislation and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of Fire Risk assessments and any actions taken.
- Assist in the development and delivery of fire safety training for staff and residents.
We are looking for someone who has...
- Be able to demonstrate experience in the undertaking Fire Risk assessments
- Experience of working in a fire safety role in a social housing or related environment.
- Knowledge of The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
- Experience of managing and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of current building policy and practice, including, Fire Safety Guidance & Legislation, Familiarisation with codes of practice, Asbestos Regulations and Compliance Requirements
