The Role and The Scheme that Spells Success
Welcome to our dynamic scheme designed for graduates in Fire Engineering Science, Fire & Leadership studies, or Level 3 qualified individuals in Fire Safety or fire engineering disciplines. Whether you're fresh out of university or already navigating the world of Fire Safety, if you crave progression into a full-time assessor role, this program is tailored for you.
Embark on a journey that blends theory with hands-on experience. Throughout the program, you'll split your time between our bustling Wilmslow head office and the field, shadowing our seasoned H&S and Fire Safety professionals across our group companies. Forget the traditional training scheme - here, you won't just grasp theory; you'll manage your workload with the guidance and expertise of a support network comprising qualified professionals dedicated to shaping you into your best self.
As part of this initiative, we're committed to assisting you in achieving either your Level 4 or 5 Fire Risk Consultancy qualification. Our competent and brilliant compliance team will be your allies, ensuring you not only complete the program successfully but also thrive.

Your role is pivotal, encompassing tasks like conducting fire risk assessments, collaborating with the Compliance and Operations Departments, implementing Citation F&E processes, and fostering client relationships. We operate to ISO9001/BAFE SP205 standards, ensuring the highest quality in all aspects of our work.
