Job description
We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated with experience in programme and project coordination, ideally within the NHS. They will also have need excellent influencing skills to get the job done. They will need to have an eye for detail and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment and delivering high quality work to short deadlines.
Overview of the post:
• Coordinate the integrated risk register for the programme
• Coordinate all hospital and programme level governance meetings, including administration and delivery of actions
• Coordinate all hospital impact activities, including decant and re commissioning, of departments
• Provide general programme support as and when required
• Build and maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, ranging from administrative staff to senior management & executive board members.
• Be a key liaison between the external programme team and the site management team.
• Be responsible for the devising, developing, driving, and implementing programme governance processes for both internal and external teams.
• Ensure robust programme governance arrangements are in place and always adhered to.

• Lead progress review against established timeframes and processes.
• Be responsible for the devising, developing, driving, and implementing programme governance processes for both internal and external teams.
• Define accountability and responsibilities for internal and external programme teams.
• Ensure corrective action processes are in place to ensure delivery where necessary.
• Hold internal clinical teams and external consultant teams accountable for incomplete tasks and actions.
• Facilitate engagement and ownership across both internal and external teams, embedding established processes.
• Act as a resource to internal & external teams for advice on the approach or completion of programme governance related tasks.
