Fire & Security Engineer - Jersey - GBP47,000 per annum

Trevett Services have an exciting opportunity for a Fire and Security Engineer to join our client based in Jersey. This is a full time, permanent role with ample opportunity for overtime and additional hours.

Our client will assist with relocation to Jersey.

As a Fire and Security Engineer, you will be carrying out fault finding and preventative maintenance on a variety of Commercial buildings, Schools, Local Authority and Office buildings.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Carry out fault finding, diagnostics and installs on various forms of Fire & Security systems such as alarms, CCTV, access control and intercoms.
• Attend site to provide repair services on the above systems, completing all paperwork to a required standard
• Assist co-workers with technical support, liaising with sub-contractors on site
• Maintain a high standard of health and safety at all times

Qualifications Required:

• Relevant Fire and Security qualifications, or Electrical/Mechanical equivalent
• Understanding of relevant paperwork and time allocation per job
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a larger team
• Strong communication skills with colleagues and clients
• A full, category B driving license is essential

You will need to have an enhanced DBS check which we are able to process for you.

This is a full time, permanent role with a Relocation package. Salary is up to GBP48k per annum and an excellent opportunity within an FM Provider.
