```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled Fire Stopper to join our team. As a Fire Stopper, you will be responsible for installing fire-resistant materials to prevent the spread of fire and smoke in buildings. Your expertise in masonry, carpentry, welding, electrical work, and other related skills will be essential in ensuring the safety of our clients' properties.
```Responsibilities```
- Install fire-resistant materials such as firestop systems, fire-rated walls, and fireproofing coatings
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete fire stopping tasks
- Collaborate with construction teams to identify areas that require fire protection measures
- Fabricate and install fire-rated barriers, sealants, and insulation materials
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks during installation
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Fire Stopper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of masonry, carpentry, welding, electrical work, painting, roofing, plumbing, and other relevant skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to fire protection
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting or working at heights
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
